Good Thing You're A Kid
02:10
|
|||
Good thing you’re a kid, before you grow up!
maybe you remember when you got stuck
maybe you remember some of the things you did
I hope as a grown up you still can be a kid
When they were kids, what were the grownups like, Did they play sports or ride their bikes?
Did they love pizza or Krispy Kremes?
Did they have nightmares, did they have dreams?
What did they do when they were young?
What toys did they love, how did they have fun?
Did they get teased or do the teasing,
Was their school closed when it was freezing?
Good thing you’re a kid, before you grow up!
maybe you remember when you got stuck
maybe you remember some of the things you did,
I hope as a grown up you can still be a kid!

Ant Dancing
02:44
|

Ant Dancing, Ant Dancing
All you need's a beat and a groove
Ant Dancing, All you gotta do is move
We're the ants that you smashed today
But we've come back just to say
Picking on ants is no sign of strength
Cause obviously we're as tough as grapes
We've returned to let you know
That smashing the innocent goes to show
You're the weak one when you pick on ants
C'mon everybody let's do the Ant Dance!
Ant Dancing, Ant Dancing
All you need's a beat and a groove
Ant Dancing, All you gotta do is move
We're getting really tired of watching people wait
Looking at the other guy to set it all straight
Do the mean ones rule cause they act so tough
Where are the people who say, "That's Enough" !
So wake up kid and learn to be strong
Don't be afraid to say what's wrong
Try to stick up for the little and light
That will indicate all your might
Ant Dancing, Ant Dancing
All you need'd a beat and a groove
Ant Dancing, All you gotta do is move

If you can’t ride a duck take a train
And you’ll always be dry from the rain
A train can take you anywhere
Pack your dreams a train won’t care
Bring your friend and share the fare
If you can’t ride a duck take a train
A long time ago when the trains weren’t around
Everyone walked or rode horses to town
The roads were a mess, the wagons got stuck
Someone suggested why not ride a duck?
Then the roads got better and travelled picked up
And people forgot how to travel by duck
Boats pulled by mules soon came to be
Towpaths and barges made history
So If you can’t ride a duck take a train
And you’ll always be dry from the rain
A train can take you anywhere
Pack your dreams a train won’t care
Bring your friend and share the fare
If you can’t ride a duck take a
Then along came the steamboat
With trains right behind
A well crafted engine could make the steep climb
Over mountains under passes
Across the great divide
The tracks crisscrossed the nation
Ducks watched from the side
So If you can’t ride a duck take a train
And you’ll always be dry from the rain
A train can take you anywhere
Pack your dreams a train won’t care
Bring your friend and share the fare
If you can’t ride a duck take a

Dancing With A Frog
02:36
|
|||
Oh, Dancing with a frog, dancing with a frog
He's light on his feet, he keeps a good beat
The world's all agog when you dance with a frog
They put him in a fairy tale and he struggles from within
But he really cannot be himself with a prince under his skin
There's froggy goes a courtin' or frog and toad are friends
But frog would like a word or two about the story's end
Oh, Dancing with a frog, dancing with a frog
He's light on his feet, he keeps a good beat
The world's all agog when you dance with a frog
It seems like only yesterday that fishes ruled the earth
And in the evolution mix amphibians gave birth
Now here comes frog with much to say a croakin' and a jivin'
Salamanders, newts and toads did more than just surviving'
Yeah
He doesn't do much courting' the girls ain't waiting 'round
Frog needs to quit complaining, get his life off the ground
Now keep in mind who got here first four billion years ago
Frogs make good partners here on earth when your dancing
fast or slow
Oh, Dancing with a frog, dancing with a frog
He's light on his feet, and he keeps a good beat
The world's all agog when you dance with a frog

When You're A Bad Guy
02:27
|
|||
When you're a bad guy it gets kind of rough
Always expected to act so tough
We're always expected to push and shove
Maybe what we need is whole lot of love
We're not sure how we got this way we were once dear and nice
It certainly was an unlucky day that turned our hearts to ice
Now we watch out for ourselves we want what's best for us
Forget the good and sensitive, we don't think that's a plus
When you're a bad guy it gets kind of rough
Always expected to act so tough
Always expected to push and shove
Maybe what we need is whole lot of love
Yet we sometimes reconsider just what would have been
To be kind and sweet and loving
and caring from within
We quickly soon dispel the thought we're used to who we are
To change to something better, just scares us more by far
Oh, When you're a bad guy it gets kind of rough
Always expected to be so tough
Always expected to push and shove
Maybe what we need is whole lot of love

Moonwalk Rap
01:43
|
|||
Now you see ‘em now you don’t
Are they headed this way, let’s hope they won’t
Is that them there so way up high
Did they make that streak across the sky?
Well here they come sit back in your seats
The guy whose flyin’ has two left feet
Can he land this thing, does he know how to stop?
Oh my goodness, my ears just popped,
Oh my goodness, my ears just popped!
Whoops!
Here they come, no need to stress
Where to next, we cannot guess
Fantastic moonwalk exploring the mind
The dog can drive he’s one of a kind
Along the way he’s on a quest
What makes a person a real success
He’ll share the story of what they did
But he knows it all started when they were kids
He knows it all started when they were kids
He knows it all started when they were kids
We're back, We're back
How did you like that?
A rocket ship that went so far
Up beyond the brightest star
To the moon we went just to see
To help those grownups come to be
The amazing people that they were
The amazing people that they were
The amazing people that they were

Dino Not A Rhino
02:10
|
|||
I'm a Dino not a Rhino, not a fossil, I'm colossal
I'm a Dino not a Rhino and with my new found friends
I'm sure it's not the end.
Once I heard some people talking about a Dino they saw walking
He was purple on TV, so we know that he can't be close to 63
million years old.
I'm a Dino not a Rhino, there's no horn upon my head
I'm a reptile, not a mammal, though I know we both are animals
But in spite of what you're told a Rhino cannot be nearly 63
million years old.
So in spite of what you're told a Rhino cannot be nearly 63
million years old
Once i heard some people talking about a Rhino they saw walking
She was on Discovery so we know that she can't be close to 63
million years old
So in spite of what you're told it is not so bad to be nearly 63
million years old

Life On A Submarine
01:25
|
|||
Oh, oh, life on a submarine
People think it's so clean
You're surrounded by water, there's no room for clutter
You think you're in a dream
When we're not doing our chores
We are never, ever bored
You can look out the window
And see life below
Just don't open the door !
Oh, oh, life on a submarine
People think it's so clean
You're surrounded by water, there's no room for clutter
You think you're in a dream
Submarine life beneath the sea
Where treasures are found and mystery
Thank goodness for technology
We can stay down here and breathe !

Endangered Species
03:00
|
|||
When you're endangered your in danger
and you need a re-arranger
Someone to help you set the record straight
Who will come to your aid without getting paid
And hopefully before it's too late
So bring on the solution
And get rid of the pollution
Us animals would have fixed it all by now
If we were the ones with opposable thumbs
These problems we would not allow
If you're a species that's in trouble
cause the air pollution's doubled
And chemicals affect your water supply
Without the plants that give life
or the synthesis of sunlight
There's no doubt you'll just dry up and die
So bring on the solution
And get rid of the pollution
Us animals would have fixed it all by now
If we were the ones with opposable thumbs
These problems we would not allow
The turtle and the bird have recently heard
that Bactrian Camels are rare
And now they're on the list and may soon not exist
unless we all show that we care
So bring on the solution
And get rid of the pollution
Us animals would have fixed by it all by now
If we were the ones with opposable thumbs
These problems we would not allow

Stay In Shape
01:45
|
|||
Keep it cranking keep it moving
Keep all the parts in shape
No matter what your body does,
it's never to late
We love to eat our pizza, and our chicken nuggets too
We're not big fans of the broccoli, or a healthy point of view
But someone famous told us get it right while you're still young
'cause it's harder when you're older
and the damage has been done
Keep it cranking, keep it moving
Keep it cranking, keep it moving
Keep it cranking, keep it moving
Keep it cranking, keep it moving
someone famous told us get it right while you're still young
'cause it's harder when you're older
and the damage has been done
Keep it cranking, keep it moving
Keep all the parts in shape
No matter what your body does
it's never too late
It's never too late

Mythical Mystical
02:41
|
|||
Mythical, terrifical, invincible
mythical, terrifical, invincible
It’s Spiderman and Zeus himself,
it’s Wonder woman
And the shoemaker’s elf
It’s a story and a hero,
A ‘we’ or ‘he’ or ‘she’
To be in the land of mythical
All you need is bravery!
Mythical, terrifical, invincible
mythical, terrifical, invincible
Some say it has to be the Greeks or
the classic Romans too,
But on our special island, it’s you and you and you!
We love it, we share it, each culture has its own,
Our mythical terrifical
Is just what we call home!
So come along and take a trip
Not a magic carpet ride
You’ll find your own invincible
If you only look inside
You’ll use it, don’t lose it
It will keep you strong
Your mythical, terrifical
Will help you right a wrong
Help you right a wrong
Mythical, terrifical, invincible
Mythical, terrifical, invincible
It's mythical, terrifical, invincible

She traveled across the ocean
Packed and on the ship
She sailed from France to the USA
An extremely difficult trip.
No family traveled with her
She traveled all alone.
And though the land was foreign
She hoped to call it home.
She traveled across the ocean
She traveled across the ocean
When she arrived the people cheered
And lent a helping hand
Crates and boxes came ashore
But nowhere could she stand.
And then Americans found a way
For everyone to see
That she would stand, a welcome sight,
She stood for Liberty
She traveled across the ocean
She traveled across the ocean
A lady of such grace and strength
Inspires many others
Travelers from worlds beyond
Children, Fathers, Mothers
She traveled across the ocean
She traveled across the ocean
She holds the torch and never tires
So everyone can see
She tells the world, no matter what
She stands for Liberty.
She traveled across the ocean
She traveled across the ocean

Dad's Song
02:49
|
|||
I love my kids, they are the best
Sometimes they put me to the test,
But mostly I love and nurture
My child is my present,
To the future
I love to watch them grow and play
The way their worlds unfold each day
My kids started out fair and just,
It’s up to me to keep that trust.
I need to listen, I need to see,
Kids need to sing in any key
I need to listen, listen to me,
Kids want to sing in harmony
I try to guide and lead them through
The way my parents used to do
Sometimes I‘m wrong, maybe right
Sometimes they’re my guiding light
I’ll never really truly know
How my kids helped me learn and grow,
Childhood passes oh so fast,
But loving them will always last.

Home Sick
02:56
|
|||
Well I’m homesick but I’m not sick of my home
They call it that way when you’re far away
and feeling all alone
And you miss your house and your family
and the things that belong to you
The only consolation is you know they miss you too
I miss my fish and turtle Fran
They live beside my bed
At night before I go to sleep
I pat Fran on the head
I miss my sister and little brother
Though they can make me mad
And even thought they drive me nuts
When I see them I’ll be glad
Cause I’m homesick but I’m not sick of my home
They call it that way when you’re far away
and feeling all alone
And you miss your house and your family
and the things that belong to you
The only consolation is you know they miss you too
I miss my favorite place to sit
It’s in my big old chair
When someone I love sits with me
It’s the best place anywhere
I miss my room and my backyard
My favorite tree is there
That’s where I climb and laugh and gaze
At the blue sky or a star
Cause I’m homesick but I’m not sick of my home
They call it that way when you’re far away
and feeling all alone
And you miss your house and your family
and the things that belong to you
The only consolation is you know they miss you too

Galimoto
02:31
|
|||
I love my Galimoto and I use it every day
Thinking about my African friend
who lives so far away
I don't know who really made it but I know I feel quite fond
of the child who made this toy for me
We share a special bond.
I used to want a tractor, I'd ride it everywhere
The evening light upon my face
I'd ride without a care
My tractor dream then disappeared, I've never really known why
So grandma gave this toy to me,
and said give it a try
Its simple beauty will make you smile
and soon you'll feel quite fond
you and the child who made this toy
Will always share a bond
I used to want a tractor, I'd ride it everywhere
The evening light upon my face
I'd ride without a care
i love this Galimoto and I use it every day
I love my Galimoto and i use it every day.
I love this Galimoto
I love my Galimoto
I love my Galimoto
I love this Galimoto

One Minute
03:00
|
|||
One minute I was happy
Doing what I always do
Now it seems life’s upside down
and I’m feeling lonely too.
I don’t know what happened
Why can’t we all be friends
People fighting people
We should all just make amends
Make amends
One minute I was free
Learning what I’m supposed to do
Next thing you know it’s different
And I haven’t got a clue
I don’t know what happened
Why can’t we all be friends
People fighting people
We should all just make amends
Make amends
No one can explain it
It’s written in all history
We know it all continues
And it's the 21st Century
Don’t wait until tomorrow
Don’t think it’s all okay
Keep looking out for others
And do it yesterday
Yesterday
One minute I was thinking
My life was going good
Then it all got turned around
Stopped going like it should
I don’t know what happened
I don't know know what went wrong
People disagree, how about we all belong
All belong
One Minute, Happy
I don't know what happened
i don't know what's wrong
People disagree, let's agree to get along
Get along

Don't Give Up
02:56
|
|||
We’re only kids, so what do we know
Our lives are ahead, there’s a long way to go But we’ve got some advice If you’d care to listen,
When you’re stuck or feelin’ down,
Here’s what you’re missin’
Don’t give up though you
wish you could,
Seeing it through might
Do you some good!
Things may change and
come out okay,
Just like night turning into day!
How many people would be where they are if they let themselves cave and fold?
Would there be Apple computers or American Idols,
would Harry Potter’s story been told?
And the bravest of all never gave up,
and they didn’t use weapons or fight,
they used trust in themselves, belief in their cause, and the knowledge that they were right
They were right
We’re only kids, so what do we know
Our lives are ahead, there’s a long way to go But we’ve got some advice If you’d care to listen,
When you’re stuck or feelin’ down,
Here’s what you’re missin’
Don’t give up though you
wish you could,
Seeing it through might
Do you some good!
Things may change and
Come out okay,
Just like night turning into day!
